☐ reluctant to move much in crate such as shift positions or slow, ginger movements
☐ shivering, trembling ☐yelping when picked up or moved
☐ tight tense tummy ☐can’t find a comfortable position, appears restless
☐ Arched back ☐head held high or nose to the ground
☐ Holding front or back leg flamingo style not wanting to bear weight
☐Not their normal perky selves?

Methocarbomal 3 x per day
Gabapentin 2 x per day

Michelle, welcome to the Forum. If you are indicating Lola is CURRENTLY in severe pain, then get to a vet tonight even if it has to be ER. She needs adjustment to the two pain meds you seemingly report she is on PLUS an anti-inflammatory such as the steroid prednisone or a non-steroid. So is Lola currently 5/13/23 suffering a disc episode or are you just giving the history that she had seen a vet back in April 2022 for a disc episode. Is she currently on these two pain meds: Methocarbamol (how many mgs dose?) given 3x/day gabapentin (how many mgs dose?) gven 2x/day We are not certain where to provide support as it is not clear if Lola is today having a disc episode or if there is another reason you have written.
