My dog Pepper recently had to have surgery to remove two discs. Pepper is a 2 year old silver dapple dachshund. On a Wednesday morning Pepper went out for his morning walk and was walking normally. When we came back from work, Pepper could hardly walk. During the night you could tell he was in pain. We immediately took him to the vet and they told us he had a neurological problem. We took him to a specialist and made a decision to do the surgery. It was hard for us to see the onset of this disease happen so quickly. It was extremely expensive and now have a bill of 7,000 dollars and have been reaching out to find aid to help us. PLease let me know if you can help us. Thank you

In otherwords does he have bladder control? -- Eating and drinking OK? -- Poops OK - normal color no dark or bright red blood? We look forward to hearing your answers.

Hi there,
I started an online fundraising campaign for Molly's surgery. You can create a page for free on youcaring.com. I think put the link on my Facebook page and tagged everyone I know. People can be amazingly generous, especially when animals are concerned. I have had people from my elementary school and junior high days even donate to the cause. It's quite inspiring. When I have a lot of money some day, I will repay the good karma of these people
