Having 2 miniature dachshunds with IVDD histories and moving around a lot we always struggle with finding a knowledgeable and affordable vet. We were fortunate to find this forum and Dr. Bueno when dealing with our very first episode with Willow in 2014. The doctor was wonderful, reassuring at a time when we had no money and no knowledge of the disease. Willow has fully recovered and hasn't had a major episode since. We've had a few episodes with her sister Belle now and would recommend Dr. Bueno in a heartbeat. Grateful to this message board for my early years of dealing with the stress of IVDD. Years later its easier to see the big picture. There is hope!
