Hi and welcome to Dodgerslist. Everyone here has a dog with IVDD so you have come to the right place.
I am glad that Daisy has regained many of her neuro functions. As you know dogs have recovered neuro functions months and even years after the disk problem.
When you say she has regained some bladder function, can she "sniff and pee"? By that we mean sniff a previous pee spot and then pee immediately afterwards? That shows a message has been able to travel from the brain to the bladder.
I love the phrase "low impact life style'. That is what our IVDD dogs have to do.
I am not aware of any boarding facilities in Boston but another member may have a recommendation.
