Oh NO Sean!!! I'm devastated to tears to hear this unexpected turn of events.
You will never get used to him not being with you, over time you just learn to cope, learn to live with the LOVE he left behind... your mind eventually will dwell on the lovely times you shared, the times Squiggs made you laugh.
He did not leave you, he left lots of LOVE behind. Now you'll find him forever in a safe and warm place... your loving heart and your memory... he is now watching over you. May he soon begin to help you laugh again as you are reminded of his antics and unique quirkiness!

My heart is breaking for you, Sean. I feel in shock hearing this news so I can only imagine how you must be feeling. I'm so terribly sorry this happened. You tried so hard to help your boy through this IVDD episode. Your concern and love for Squiggs showed in each posting. My sincerest condolences on your loss.
RIP, little Squiggs.

I'm so very sorry to hear this news. Indeed Squiggs is now no longer in pain. But that doesn't detract from the pain of the situation and the difficult memory. In time you'll remember him for the friend he was and the trauma of today will be less painful and real. I'm so sorry. Hugs.

Sean I am so sorry to hear this. You were so amazing with him and your love and dedication shown through in each of your posts. Squiggs will be with you in your heart forever and will be running and leaping to greet you at the bridge someday.
