[Original subject line: Breezy - Cockapoo - Age 3] QUESTIONS ☆ 1 He just had [10/23] surgery on Friday for IVDD. He gets to come home on Tuesday. Vet says he is not in any pain, but no use of back legs as of now.☆ 2 8 pounds

PEPCID AC: - None that I know of yet ☆ 3 -- vet says he hasn’t been interested in food after surgery so they are giving him something to help with appetite ☆ 4 — breed: cockapoo name: breezy my name:Lauren ☆ 5 Breezy was diagnosed with IVDD Hansen type 1. We took him to a specialist on Friday and he had to undergo emergency surgery. There were no signs of this disease it happened in the blink of an eye. ☆ 6 date of SURGERY? — 10/23/20 for both ☆ 7 —as of right now we are going to have to help release his bladder. ☆ 8 Currently?—he can move and walk with his front legs but not his back legs

Welcome Lauren! Good news in not in pain. Still very early in the nerve healing department. It often will take about 2 weeks for all the temporary surgical caused swelling to subside before one had a better idea of the direction of nerve healing. I'm sure you head may be full of concerns, questions. How about jotting them down as they come to mind.
