We went to VOSM, Veterinary Orthopedic and Sport Medicine Group. vetsportsmedicine.com/services/neurology/index.html10975 Guilford Road Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 240-295-4400 The staff there were absolutely wonderful. I have never had such a good experience. I mainly worked with Dr. Ryan Gallagher,DVM, DACVIM (Neurology), and his assistant Betty. He is a neuro surgeon and his special interest is the treatment of chronic IVDD. He was amazing, called me right after surgery and I spoke to him everyday she was there. I also have called back 2 times with questions since my dog came home and they have been great and asked him my questions and been very patient. I have never felt that cared about in a vet office before. The facility is very nice as well, they had free water, coffee, tea for people waiting. I never waited long and they came in special to do her surgery because it was an emergency since she had lost her deep pain sensation. I was at my regular vet at 10 am, to their office by 12:30, they took her to prep for her blood work, myleogram and she was in surgery by 6 pm. I was called around 8:30 to let me know how the surgery went. This all happened on a Tuesday and I took her home Thursday afternoon. They were wonderful and I couldn't say enough great things about the staff and my experience there.

Hi,
I am wondering, how much did they charge you for the diagnostic imaging and surgery?

The orthopedic vet who initially diagnosed Tommy recommended this place if we need an MRI, even though we only about an hour from Cornell!
